以醇/水为溶剂的铁盐催化甲基丙烯酸甲酯沉淀聚合 被引量:1

摘要 采用乙醇/水为混合溶剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,四氯化碳(CCl4)为引发剂,六水合三氯化铁(Fe Cl3·6H2O)为催化剂,三苯基膦(PPh3)为配体,维生素C(VC)为还原剂,在70℃时对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行沉淀聚合.在引发剂CCl40.3 m L、配体三苯基膦0.25 g的条件下,考察了聚合反应时间、搅拌对聚合反应的影响以及单体MMA、催化剂、还原剂的量等工艺参数对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应收率的影响.实验结果表明:在不搅拌的情况下聚合反应时间为5小时;而在搅拌的情况下聚合反应时间为5.5小时;三氯化铁的量为0.5 g;还原剂抗坏血酸的量为0.75 g.红外光谱(FT-IR)证明得到是目标产物聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯. Alcohol/water as solvent,the poly(methyl methacrylate) was prepared with methyl methacrylate(MMA) as monomer,CCl4 as initiator,Fe Cl3·6H2O as catalyst,PPh3 as ligand and VC as reducing agent. The effect of polymerization reaction time,stirring,amount of monomer MMA,Fe Cl3·6H2O and VC on the conversion of PMMA were studied. The results showed that the polymerization rate increased in the condition of stirring.In addition,the polymeration rate increased with increasing the amount of MMA,Fe Cl3·6H2O,VC. The polymerization reaction time was 5 h and 5. 5 h,respectively. The usage of Fe Cl3·6H2O and VC was 0. 5 g and 0.75 g,respectively. The PMMA was characterized by IR.
