海南服务外包产业承接能力评估——基于海口与21个服务外包示范城市对比的实证研究

Evaluation on The Ability of Hainan Province to Undertake Service Outsourcing: An Empirical Study Based on The Comparison with 21 Service Outsourcing Demonstration Cities

本文通过构建包括宏观经济因子、产业基础因子、人力资源数量与人力资源成本因子的服务外包产业承接能力评估体系,以海口市为例,通过其与21个服务外包示范城市进行对比分析,发现海南省服务外包产业承接能力较弱,但具有一定发展空间,特别在人力资源成本上具有一定优势.

In this paper,by taking Haikou as an example and creating an evaluation system of service outsourcing industry＇s undertaking ability,including four factors： macro economic factors,industrial foundation factor,human resources number factor and human resources cost factor,compares service outsourcing industry＇s undertaking ability of Hainan Province with the and 21 service outsourcing demonstration cities. The results show that Hainan Province is weak in undertaking service outsourcing but has some growth space,especially it has advantages in human resources cost.
