慢性胃炎胃镜像的中医属性初探

Yin and yang attributes of gastroscope image in chronic gastritis

从中医阴阳学说的角度探讨慢性胃炎胃镜像的阴阳属性,分别从胃黏膜像、胃黏液像、胃动力像、胃增生像等方面进行论述。通过辨别胃镜像的阴阳属性,可以为中医诊治提供内镜下信息,行微观辨证,并与宏观辨证相结合,从而临床更为准确地辨证施治。

According to yin and yang theory of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,yin and yang attributes of gastroscope image in chronic gastritis were explored in this study from aspects of gastric mucus image,gastric mucosa image,gastric motility image and gastric hyperplasia image. By identifying the yin and yang attributes of gastroscope image,endoscopic information can be provided for TCM diagnosis and treatment. As a result,microcosmic syndrome differentiation can be performed,which can lead to a more accurate treatment of syndrome differentiation by uniting with macrocosmic syndrome differentiation.
