高职护生社交焦虑与社会支持、应对方式的相关性研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨高职护生社交焦虑、社会支持和应对方式状况,分析三者之间的相关性。方法:采用社交焦虑量表,简易应对方式量表和社会支持评定量表对494名高职护生进行调查。结果:高职护生社交焦虑总分为(40.57±5.96)分,社交焦虑现象严重,但护生拥有更强的社会支持系统和更积极的应对方式。社交焦虑与消极应对方式呈显著正相关,与积极应对方式、社会支持、主观支持呈显著负相关。线性回归显示,积极应对和消极应对是护生社交焦虑的主要影响因素。结论:培养护生积极的应对方式,纠正其消极应对方式,通过建立护生良好的主观支持来促进其形成积极的应对方式,将有利于降低焦虑水平,对护生的心理健康有益。 Objective:To explore the relationship among social anxiety,social support and coping styles of nursing student. Methods:A total of 494 students were investigated with social anxiety scale,simple coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale. Results:The social anxiety was serious and its score was(40. 57 ± 5. 96)points,but the nursing students have stronger social support and more positive coping styles. Social anxiety was highly positive correlated with negative coping style,and higher negative correlated with positive coping style,social support,subjective support. Linear regression analysis showed that the positive and negative coping styles were the main influence factors of social anxiety of nursing students. Conclusion:By improving active cop-ing style and correcting negative coping style,meanwhile,we can improve active coping style through establishing good subjective support. All these will be beneficial to reduce social anxiety level of nursing students and their mental health.
