早期康复训练对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者人工关节置换术后功能恢复的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation exercise on femoral head replacement on patients with elderly patients of intertrochanteric femoral fracture

目的:探讨早期康复训练对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者人工关节置换术后功能恢复的影响。方法:选择老年性股骨粗隆间骨折人工髋关节置换术后患者72例,随机等分为对照组和康复组。对照组常规康复训练,康复组给予早期康复训练。术后3个月及12个月时采用Borthel及Harris评分表对两组患者髋关节功能进行评定。结果:康复组手术后各时间段的Barthel指数及简式Harris评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复训练能提高高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者髋关节置换术后的关节功能及生活质量。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation exercise on femoral head replacement on patients with elderly patients of intertrochanteric femoral fracture. Metholds：After femoral head replacement on patients with elderly patients of intertrochanteric Femoral Fracture were randomly divided into early rehabilitation group and control group,control group accepted normal rehabilitation exercise,while the rehabilitation group accepted early rehabilitation exercise. After operation of 3,12 monthes the Harris and Barthel indicate were evaluated in two groups. Result：After rehabilitation exercise,Harris and Bar-thel indicate was better than those of the control group,the differentiation was significantly（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Early rehabilitation exercise can impro-ving femoral head replacement of patients with elderly patients of intertrochanteric femoral fracture.
