品管圈对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病认知度及生命状态的影响

Effect observation of QCC on improving recognition and life state in the patients with COPD

目的：探讨品管圈护理模式在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病认知度及生命状态中的应用效果。方法：将我院在实施品管圈活动干预前（2012年10月～2013年10月）收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为对照组，实施品管圈活动干预后（2013年11月～2014年10月）收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为观察组，对照组给予传统干预措施，观察组给予品管圈活动干预措施，对比两组患者对疾病认知度及生命状态评价情况。结果：两组患者在住院须知、安全措施、饮食知识、休息活动、检查知识、用药知识、治疗知识、护理知识及出院指导等方面具有显著差异（P 〈0．05）。两组患者生命状态评价中情绪、心理、生理、环境、人际、独立性评分方面具有显著差异（P 〈0．05）。结论：品管圈活动不仅可有效改进传统护理模式的工作方法，同时可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疾病认知度，且在改善其生命状态方面也具有重要意义。

Objective：To explore and analyze QCC nursing mode in improving patients with copd disease recognition and application effect in state of life. Methods：our hospital before the implementation of quality management circle activity intervention（October 2012 to October 2013）treated the 60 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as control group,after the implementation of quality management circle activity intervention（in Novem-ber 2013 to October 2014）treated the 60 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as observation group. The control group given conven-tional interventions,while the observation group received quality management circle activity intervention measures,compared two groups of patients′s disease awareness,and the evaluation of the state of life. Results：Control group and observation group in hospital information,safety measures,diet,rest knowledge, check knowledge,medication,treatment,nursing knowledge and discharge guidance have significant differences（P 〈 0. 05）. Control group and observation group life state evaluation of emotional,psychological,physiological,environmental,human,independent scoring has significant difference（P 〈 0. 05）. Con-clusion：Quality control circle activities not only can effectively improve the method of traditional model of nursing work,at the same time can improve the pa-tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（copd）disease understanding degree,is of great significance in improving the state of life.
