摘要
目的:分析精神科护士频繁离职的原因,防止精神科护士流失给单位造成有形和无形的损失。方法:从工作压力等多角度分析2011年1月~2014年6月我院流失的护士原因,构建预警模式,探讨短期和长期两个层面的预控对策。结果:精神科护士离职的原因中所占比例较高的是工作环境、工作责任心、工资待遇。结论:降低工作压力、提高精神科护士的工资待遇等措施可重新吸引部分护士回到精神科护理岗位。
Objective:To prevent the loss of psychiatric nurses,resulting in tangible and intangible losses to the unit. Methods:To analyze the reasons in our hospital since 2011 - 2014 years of working pressure loss from multiple perspectives,and construct the early warning model of pre control measures,two as-pects of short - term and long - term. Results:The main reasons of nurses loss were working environment,work responsibicity and wages. Conclusion:Reduce the working pressure,improve the psychiatric nurses wages and other measures to attract nurses in psychiatric nursing posts.
