塞丁格微插管鞘间接穿刺法结合超声定位在特殊血管PICC置管中的应用

Application of MST micro catheter sheath indirect puncture combined with ultrasound locatization in the special vascular PICC catheterization

目的:探讨塞丁格微插管鞘间接穿刺法结合超声定位在特殊血管PICC置管中的应用效果。方法:选择外周静脉穿刺困难需长期输入化疗药物患者26例,使用超声定位结合塞丁格微插管鞘间接穿刺法置入PICC导管。结果:使用超声定位结合塞丁格微插管鞘间接穿刺法置入PICC导管,有19例1次穿刺成功,7例2次以上穿刺成功。无1例发生并发症,患者满意率100%。结论:超声定位结合塞丁格微插管鞘间接穿刺法置入PICC导管,解决了临床上患者局部血管条件细、差及患者躁动、不配合PICC置管的难题,为超声引导下直接穿刺失败者的护理同仁提供了有效的补救方法。

Objective：To explore the effect of MST micro catheter sheath indirect puncture method combined with ultrasound localization in special vascular PICC catheterization. Methods：Select 26 cases of patients with difficulty in peripheral venous puncture and need long term chemotherapy drugs,posting PICC catheter by ultrasound locatization combined with MST micro catheter sheath indirect puncture. Results：The placement of PICC catheter using ultrasound lo-catization combined with MST micro catheter sheath indirect puncture,19 cases of one time puncture success,7 cases with two times successful puncture,no complications occurred,the patient satisfaction rate of 100% . Conclusion：Posting PICC catheter using ultrasound locatization combined with MST micro cath-eter sheath indirect puncture,solve problems of local vessels in patients with poor,fine,and the incompatibility and agitation patients and provide effective remedies for nursing college with puncture failure with ultrasonic guidance.
