护生介入社区教育模式对空巢老人生存质量的影响

摘要 目的:探讨护生介入社区教育模式对空巢老人生存质量的影响。方法:选择100名空巢老人,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组进行常规社区护理服务,观察组在对照组的基础上增加护理专业学生介入社区空巢老人健康教育。1年后采用生存质量指数评定量表(SF-36QOL)比较两组老年人生存质量评分。结果:观察组各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理专业学生介入对空巢老人进行专业化、规范化健康教育干预和心理支持,帮助空巢老人树立正确的健康理念,养成良好的日常生活行为,可预防老年慢性病的发生,明显提高空巢老人的生活质量。 Objective : Inquiry into the influence of nursing students providing health guidance intervention on empty nesters' life quality. Methods: Chose 100 cases of empty nesters and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Health education,conventional therapy and nursing care were carried out in observation group with nursing students,while conventional therapy and nursing care were given for control group. Quantity of life marks were com- pared between the two groups after 12 months. Results, Quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:Health education intervention for empty women nesters can provide them with the professional and systematical health educational intervention and psychological help, assist them in building correct health concept and habit, reduce the occurrence of the chronic diseases in elderly women and enable the empty nesters' life quantity significantly increased after complete health education.
