PCNA、CD_(44)V_6及MMP-2表达对膀胱移行细胞癌的预后价值

The prognostic value of the expression of MMP-2in TCCB

目的探讨PCNA,CD44V6,MMP-2在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达对预后的价值。方法应用免疫组化方法对50例膀胱移行细胞癌、8例正常膀胱粘膜标本进行PCNA、CD44V6及MMP-2检测;对影响预后的多个指标进行Cox回归分析,筛选有预后价值的指标。结果结果在α=0.1水平建立了MMP-2表达、病理分级二因素Cox模型,h(t,x)=ho(t)exp(1.2419Grade+2.3138MMP-2),模型经似然比检验,P=0.0001。结论MMP-2表达及病理分级对膀胱移行细胞癌患者有预后价值。

Objective To search the expression of PCNA,CD44V6,MMP-2in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB)and evaluate their prognostic values.Methods Paraffin-embedded sections of50bladder tumors and8normal bladder tissues were investigated by immunohistochemistry for PCNA,CD44V6and MMP-2;the indexes affecting the prognosis of TCCB were analysed using Cox regression model.Results The Cox model containing MMP-2expression and pathological grading was established on theα=0.1level,h (t,x)=ho (t)exp (1.2419Grade+2.3138MMP-2).The model was analyse d using Likelihood Ratio Test.The differences were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of MMP-2and pathological grade can offer valuable prognostic information for the patients of TCCB.
