肝功与血脂血清学指标水平检验在脂肪肝诊断中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Liver Function and Blood Lipid of Serology Test in the Diagnosis of Fatty Liver

目的:探讨肝功与血脂血清学指标水平检验在脂肪肝诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2013年6-12月笔者所在血站54例脂肪肝患者作为观察对象,并将其作为观察组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。同时选择同期54例健康体检者作为参照对象,将其作为对照组,比较两组肝功与血清学指标。结果:两组受检者HDL-C、LDL-C比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组TG、TC、ALT、AST显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝功能和血脂异常在脂肪肝发病过程中起到重要推动作用,肝功和血脂血清学指标检验能够作为诊断脂肪肝的有效方法,对患者病发情况判断及良好预后具有指导作用。

Objective：To explore the application value of liver function and blood lipid of serology test in the diagnosis of fatty liver. Method：54 cases of fatty liver patients were selected in the blood bank from June 2013 to December 2013 as the observation objects,and it was taken as the observation group.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,the same period in 54 healthy subjects were selected to be served as the reference objects,which was regarded as the control group,liver function and serum index of two groups were compared.Result：There were no statistically significant differences between HDL-C and LDL-C of two groups（P〉0.05）.TG,TC,ALT,AST of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Hepatic function and blood lipid abnormalities in the pathogenesis of fatty liver plays an important role in promoting and liver function and blood lipid test serological indexes can be used as an effective method diagnosis of fatty liver,which has a guiding role in judgments the patients by the disease situation and good prognosis.
