晚清传教士苏慧廉对中国文化的研究

摘要晚清传教士在适应政策这一传教策略的影响下,学习中文,熟悉中国文化,并写出了大量介绍中国的著述。本文选取其中一个人物——苏慧廉,对于中国文化,包括语言、典籍和社会等方面所做的研究和著作,评述其对中国文化的认识以及对西方汉学的影响。
