摘要
高校学科专业设置中的利益相关者主要有政府、高校、社会产业界和大学生,不同利益相关者在高校学科专业设置中拥有怎样的权益存在分歧,以致各利益相关者角色定位模糊不清,出现越位、错位、缺位、失位等问题。利益相关者的权益不匹配是高校学科专业设置问题的根源。"一元主导"权力下的高校学科专业设置显然难以满足社会经济发展的需求,"多元制衡"不失为高校学科专业设置问题的应对良方,其中尤为重要的是对关键利益相关体的把握。
The government,universities,social industry and college students are the most important stakeholders in the disciplines and specialties setting process,however,there are differences on the rights and profit in the process of the disciplines and specialties setting so that all stakeholders' role are vague,the phenomenon which is overrun mismatches,absent and loss from their duties. That rights and interests do not match is the root of disciplines and specialties setting problems. "One factor domination"is obviously difficult to meet the needs of social and economic development,"multiple checks and balances"is the university discipline and specialty setting remedy,but most important of all is the key stakeholders.
