新常态是经济认识的一次飞跃,需要我们以平常的心态面对中国经济存在的问题和新产生的矛盾。其中,经济学研究具有启蒙性、指导性,需要我们转变思维方式,以批判的精神客观对待外来经济思想、文化、模式的影响,从中国国情出发寻找各类问题的正确答案,形成经济学思维的范式超越。

New Normalcy is getting to a leap in the cognition of economy, which needs us to face the existing issues and new contradictions of Chinese economy with natural mentality. Becuase of the enlightenment and guidance of economics, we must change the way of thinking, confronting critically and objectively to foreign thought, culture and model of economy. Therefore, we will form into an ecomonics mind in transcending the nor- mal fornulas, and search solutions for various problems, based on Chinese circumstances.
