谈谈习近平依法治国方略的针对性

An Analysis of Specificity in the Strategy of Ruling by Law Proposed by XI Jinping

习近平依法治国方略的一个突出特点就是具有现实针对性。针对法律意识淡薄,强调提高全民族的法律意识;针对宪法成为“闲法”的危险倾向,强调依法治国首先必须以宪治国;针对大量违法不究、执法不严的现象,强调必须坚持严格执法;针对特权现象的存在,强调法律面前人人平等;针对形势发展中出现的新问题,提出加快加强立法和修改法律的进程等等。这种针对性体现了实事求是思想路线的要求,体现了以习近平为总书记的党中央依法治国的勇气、决心和务实的作风,也反映了广大人民群众对于推进我国法治建设的期盼。

One of the highlighted features of Ruling by Law proposed by Xi Jinping is a specificity. As for the unawareness of law, emphasis should be put on sharpening the nation＇s awareness of law as well as ruling by constitution in case it might be left idle. Moreover, emphasis should be put on strict enforcement to fight for mal- feasance and laxity in law enforcement. Equality before the law should be advocated to fight for the privileges. Based on the new questions and requests from the current issues, the process of enhancing legislation and law modification should be facilitated. Thus, it embodies a practical approach, the courage and resolution of ruling country by law performed by the Party Centre Committee led by The General Secretary Xi Jinping, meanwhile, it also reveals the people＇s expectation of promoting the construction of the legal construction.
