摘要
对双平面插补控制算法在圆弧锥度加工中的应用进行了分析。针对应用需求,提出了一种改进的算法——双重约束条件的线切割双平面轨迹插补算法。仿真实验结果表明:改进的算法能减少上下导轮无效的反复运动,提高加工效率。
This paper discusses the biplane-interpolation controlling method for WEDM while the taper-cutting contains circular arcs. According to the application requirements,this paper proposes an improved method which is a double-constrained improved biplane-interpolation controlling method for WEDM. Simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce the useless movements of the both guides and improve the efficiency of processing.
