摘要 通过对超深小孔电火花复合加工工艺的试验研究,研发了一种液体成膜的低浓度电解质环保水溶液,作为电火花高速小孔机专用工作液,用于超深小孔的电火花复合加工,成功解决了大深径比超深小孔的电火花加工工艺难题。而其中独具特点的"电极管平头低损耗"现象,也为解决诸如钨钼类高熔金属超深小孔及航空发动机叶片气膜孔加工等难题找到了一种新的工艺方法。 To drill the ultra deep micro hole by electrical-discharge machining technique,mass of experiments were carried out with kinds of different technical approach. At last,a new kind of appropriative working fluid was developed,with which a layer of electrochemical passivation insulating film could be formed on the inner hole wall of the work piece to avoid side discharge,the shape of the end of the electrode is flat instead of cone,as a result. At the same time,electrode loss was decreased significantly,based on which the efficiency of electrical-discharge drilling was improved. This kind of electrical-discharge machining working fluid could be applied for drilling deep hole on the tungsten molybdenum materials and manufacturing cooling film holes on aero engine blade.
