“磁滞刹车”现象中暂态过程的研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于磁滞刹车中的暂态问题设计实验,测量了磁铁磁场的径向分布,在此基础上对磁偶极子模型给出的磁场分布做了修正;数值计算了阻力表达式中积分项,并用双曲正切函数拟合给出了阻力表达式中积分部分的经验公式,简化了动力学方程的求解.理论计算并实时测量了磁铁运动的速度,研究了从磁铁开始受到磁滞力到达到匀速运动之前的减速暂态过程以及离开管口后的加速暂态过程. Based on the transient state of magnetic brakes,the radial magnetic fields of the magnets were measured,which was a basis of the correction of the magnetic dipole.Numerical integral of the retarding force was calculated,and an empirical formula was given using hyperbolic tangent function,thus the solution of the dynamic equation was simplified.The velocity of the magnet during the whole process was calculated theoretically and studied in real time,the deceleration and acceleration processes were investigated,respectively.
