摘要
目的:建立一种应用电化学指纹图谱技术测定复方中药祛痘软膏剂含量的方法。方法:采用电化学指纹图谱技术,以诱导时间为评价指标,对复方中药祛痘软膏剂含量进行测定。结果:中药浸膏粉检测范围6~34mg/m L,回归方程:t=6898-183.5c,R=0.9970,日内RSD为1.07%,日间RSD为1.68%,加样回收率RSD〈1%,三批样品含量(相当标示量)在98.6%~101.4%,符合要求。结论:通过方法学考察,建立一种有效、便捷、可靠、准确地评价中药软膏剂的方法。
Objective: To establish a method in which an electrochemical fingerprint technology is used to determine the content of the compound medicine acne ointments. Methods: Electrochemical fingerprint technology was used to determine the acne ointment of Chinese medicine with the induction time as the evaluation index. Results: The detection range of Chinese medicine extract powder was 6 ~ 34 mg / m L. The regression equation is t =6898- 183. 5c,R = 0. 9970,days' RSD 1. 07%,daytime RSD 1. 68%,Recoveries RSD〈 1%. The content of the sample batches( The content of the equivalent amount of marked out) ranged between 98. 6% ~ 101. 4%.Conclusion: By the methodological study,an effective,convenient,reliable,and accurate evaluation of Chinese medicine ointment approach is established.
