摘要
目的:定量分析半导体激光仪德国D980对大鼠皮肤中胶原纤维及Ⅰ型胶原纤维含量变化的影响,进一步探讨半导体激光仪对大鼠皮肤紧肤除皱的影响机制。方法:德国D980半导体激光仪照射大鼠,对实验区域进行背部脱毛处理。在同一治疗参数下,选择操作模式为连续模式,调节仪器功率为5w,能量密度为24J/cm2,各光纤走形间间距分别为0.5cm、1.0cm、1.5cm。取激光照射后3个月后的大鼠皮肤采用HE染色法观察皮肤胶原纤维的变化,ELISA检测方法定量分析Ⅰ型胶原纤维的含量。结果:强脉冲光照射3个月后的大鼠HE染色结果显示胶原纤维含量增加,ELISA数据结果显示激光照射后Ⅰ型胶原纤维在数量上表达明显上调与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),A、B、C各组间均有差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光仪可促使皮肤胶原纤维含量增加,进而达到紧肤除皱的效果,在实验的基础上为临床提供理论依据。
Objective: To quantitatively analyze the effects of semiconductor lasers on type Ⅰrat collagen fiber content; and to further explore the effects of semiconductor lasers on firming anti- wrinkle. Methods: Germany D980 type semiconductor laser irradiated rats and removed back hair. Under the same treatment parameters,we chose power of 5w,energy density of 24 j / cm2,spacing between each fiber contorts of 0. 5cm,1. 0cm,1. 5cm. The content of collagen fibers of rats skins that were 30 days after laser irradiation were quantitatively analyzed by ELISAⅠ test method. Results: As for rats after 3 month'intense pulsed light irradiation,ELISA data showed that Ⅰ type collagen expression was obviously up- regulated significantly after laser irradiation compared with the control group( P 〈0. 01). There existed differences between groups A,B,and C( P 〈0. 01). The results had statistical significance( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: semiconductor laser can make the skin collagen protein content increased,thus to achieve the effect of firming anti- wrinkle,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical in the light of the experimentsl.
