高血压性脑出血周围脑组织超微结构及脑水肿发生机制研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:高血压性脑出血后周围脑组织超微结构变化,基质金属蛋白酶2,9(MMP-2,MMP-9)表达在高血压性脑出血后(早期)脑水肿发生中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测高血压性脑出血患者出血后6h,12h,24h,48h,72h,120h,1W,2W血肿周围脑组织中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达,透射电镜下观察,血肿周围脑组织超微结构变化。结果:研究表明在高血压性脑出血患者血肿周围有脑水肿发生,正常对照组中未发现明显的MMP-2,MMP-9阳性表达,而在高血压性脑出血组出血24 h内MMP-2及MMP-9则见明显表达(P<0.01)。结论:MMP-2及MMP-9在脑出血患者血肿周围脑组织的表达增高与高血压性脑出血后脑水肿的发生具有密切的关系。
