The Establishment and Evolution of Synthesized Quality System

质量管理因对于“稳定”的强调正面临着在快速多变市场环境下如何快速调整的问题， ISO14000环境管理标准与 ISO9000质量管理标准的协调使用也存在问题。本文深入分析了 ISO9000标准与 ISO14000标准的协调使用，明确质量体系和环境管理体系融合的方法，应用质量演化管理的思想和方法解决综合体系的建立，促进综合体系的动态变化。

This paper proposes the evolution quality management, analyses more deeply in the coordination of ISO9000 and ISO14000, and clarifies the methods in the synthesis of quality system and environment management system. Then it applies the evolution quality management theories and methods into a solution to the problem of the establishment of the synthesized system and promotes its dynamic changes. The paper makes a further study on ISO9000 and ISO14000 synthesis system to adapt to the dynamic changes of the market so that it improves the integration of state flexibility and behaviour flexibility in the quality system.The paper emphases two points: the illustration of the concept and principle of evolution quality management, and the application of the theories and methods in the evolution quality management into the integration of quality system and environment management system.
