摘要
从组织管理体制、标准规范制定程序、标准规范的宣传推广和保障机制等方面对ISO和IFLA的标准化工作机制进行介绍分析,认为ISO和IFLA的标准化工作机制有许多值得我国借鉴之处,如组织管理机构设置合理,责权明确;标准制定程序较为完善;推广宣传手段丰富多样等。
This article analyzes the standardization mechanism of ISO and IFLA, iocusmg on the system of organizational management, the standards-developing process, the promotion and the guarantee mechanisms of the standards. It concludes that many aspects of the stan- dardization mechanism of ISO and IFLA are worth learning, such as the rational organization management system, the complete standards developing process and the various promoting measures.
