建立高校思想政治教育共同体的几点思考

党的十八大提出"把立德树人作为教育的根本任务",充分显示了党中央对教育的密切关注和高度重视,对我国高等教育尤其是高校思想政治教育工作有着重大的指向意义和指导意义。高校思想政治教育工作要落实立德树人的根本任务,需根据高校思想政治教育工作的特点和实际,结合新时期大学生群体的特点,遵从教育规律和大学生成长成才规律,建立高校思想政治教育共同体,充分发挥教育共同体内各要素的功效,促进要素之间平衡运作,使各个要素各得其所,形成有机体;优化高校思想政治教育共同体机制,发挥教育合力和综合优势,形成一股责任分担而又融合的强大合力与高校思想政治教育的整体动力,提高高校思想政治教育共同体的整体效果。

＂Taking khalid ents as the fundamental task of education＂, put forward in the 18th Congress of the CPC, fully shows that the CPC central committee pays close attention and attaches great importance to education, which has pointing significance and guiding significance to Chinese higher education, especially to the ideological and political education. In order to carry out the basic task of Khalid ents in ideological and political education in college and university, according to the characteristics of the ideological and political education in practice, we need to combine college students＇ characteristics in the new period, complying with the law of education and the rule of the student＇s growth, establishing a community of ideological and political education, giving full play to effectiveness of the elements in the educational community, promoting balance between different elements, making the elements an organism; optimizing community mechanism of ideological and political education, giving full play to educational resultant force and comprehensive advantages, forming a powerful force that responsibility is not only shared but also integrated and a whole power of ideological and political education, improving the overall effect of the ideological and political education community.
