Historically,the legislation of China＇s criminal law gradually becomes open,scientific,and democratic. China＇s existing criminal law system mainly belongs to criminal law code,with the characteristics such as written form of legislation,reality of criminal concepts,scientific structure,and foreseeing contents. At the same time,it also shows the features with the times,such as the updating of criminal concepts,code-orientation of legislation,international criminal law reform,and criminal control of new crime types.
