摘要 慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure,CHF）是一种常见而复杂的严重临床症候群,是冠心病、高血压、心肌病等众多心血管疾病的严重阶段及其最终转归之一。冠心病、高血压等可增加胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance,IR）和认知功能障碍（cognitive impairment,CI）的发生风险,且IR与CI密切相关,
