基于系统科学的江西省城市社区卫生服务能力提升机制反馈动态复杂分析

Dynamic Feedback Complexity of the Ability Promotion Mechanism of Community Health Services in Jiangxi Province Based on System Science

社区卫生服务系统是一个复杂的社会经济系统,与社会其他子系统的有机、协调发展是促进城市社区卫生服务有序运行的前提。本文从系统科学的角度,并在实地调研与系统分析的基础上,建立制约系统发展的主导反馈基模,利用系统动力学反馈动态复杂分析理论建立有效刻画社区卫生服务复杂系统的结构模型,根据系统科学的系统结构决定行为的基本原理,提出相应的管理对策。

Community health service（ CHS） is a complex socioeconomic system,which is closely related with other social systems. On the basis of field research and systematic analysis,the paper built up the feedback archetype that restricts the CHS development,built up the complex dynamic feedback structure of CSH development based on system dynamics,analyzed the dynamic feedback structure in detail and proposed effective countermeasures to improve the CHS development.
