摘要
目的报告2例以突发性肝损伤为主要表现的非职业性铅中毒,以提高对此类疾病的认识,做到早期诊断和治疗。方法分析杭州市红十字会医院确诊的2例以突发肝损伤为主要表现的非职业性铅中毒患者的临床资料,并检索相关文献进行复习。结果非职业性铅中毒可表现为突发肝损伤、血胆红素升高,伴不同程度腹痛;经驱铅治疗后症状消失。结论对突发肝损伤、伴血胆红素升高、不明原因腹痛患者应考虑铅中毒可能。
Objective To make two case reports of non-occupational lead poisoning with sudden liver damage as main manifestation in order to raise awareness of the disease and promote early diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical data of two cases of non-occupational lead poisoning with sudden liver damage as main manifestation were collected from Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital and analyzed. Relevant literature were retrieved and reviewed. Results Symptoms of non-occupational lead poisoning include sudden liver damage,raise in hemobilirubin level and abdominal pain of varying degrees. These symptoms disappeared after lead-eliminating treatment. Conclusion For patients with sudden liver damage,raise in hemobilirubin level and abdominal pain with unknown reason,lead poisoning should be considered as a possible cause.
