少数民族医学生心理资本与情绪弹性和核心自我评价的中介关系研究 被引量:10

Mediate Effects of Psychological Capital Appreciation Between Emotional Elasticity and Core Self-evaluation Among the Ethnic Minority Medical Students

摘要 目的探讨少数民族医学生心理资本影响情绪弹性与核心自我评价的作用机制,为提高少数民族医学生的心理健康状况提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,应用积极心理资本问卷、青少年情绪弹性问卷和核心自我评价量表于2013年10月对中国医科大学102名在校少数民族医学生进行调查。结果少数民族医学生心理资本(127.2±15.6)分、情绪弹性(41.9±8.0)分、核心自我评价(38.1±5.8)分,相关性分析结果显示,心理资本与情绪弹性呈正相关(r=0.618,P<0.01);心理资本与核心自我评价呈正相关(r=0.625,P<0.01);情绪弹性与核心自我评价呈正相关(r=0.612,P<0.01)。男生情绪弹性高于女生〔(43.9±8.0)分与(39.5±7.4)分,t=2.525,P=0.014〕。少数民族医学生情绪弹性、心理资本对其核心自我评价有正向预测作用,模型可解释核心自我评价47.7%的方差变异。心理资本在情绪弹性与核心自我评价之间发挥着部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的40.2%。结论少数民族医学生的情绪弹性既能直接影响其核心自我评价,也能通过心理资本的中介作用间接影响核心自我评价。 Objective To discuss how the psychological capital appreciation influences emotional elasticity and core self-evaluation among medical students of ethnic minorities,and to provide the basis for improving their mental health. Methods Cluster sampling was adopted. In October 2013,102 medical students of ethnic minorities of China Medical University were investigated by using Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Emotional Elasticity Questionnaire and Core Self-evaluation Scale. Results The score of psychological capital appreciation was( 127. 2 ± 15. 6),score of emotional elasticity was( 41. 9± 8. 0),and score of core self-evaluation was( 38. 1 ± 5. 8). According to correlation analysis results,psychological capital appreciation was positively correlated with emotional elasticity( r = 0. 618,P〈0. 01),psychological capital appreciation was positively correlated with core self-evaluation( r = 0. 625,P〈0. 01),emotional elasticity was positively correlated with core self-evaluation( r = 0. 612, P〈0. 01). The score of emotional elasticity among the male students( 43. 9 ± 8. 0) was significantly higher than that( 39. 5 ± 7. 4) among the female students( t = 2. 525, P = 0. 014). Emotional elasticity and psychological capital appreciation of the medical students of ethnic minorities had significant positive predictive effect on their core self-evaluation. Model could be used to explain 47. 7% of variance variation in core self-evaluation. Psychological capital appreciation played a partial intermediary role between emotional elasticity and core self-evaluation. Mediate effect accounted for40. 2% of the total effect. Conclusion Emotional elasticity of the medical students of ethnic minorities can influence their core self-evaluation directly,and can influence their self-evaluation indirectly through the mediating effect of psychological capital appreciation.
