摘要
借鉴平衡计分卡绩效评价方法,结合部队油料部门业务实际,从油料保障对象满意度、资源投入、保障流程、学习与成长4个方面,建立由16个二级指标组成的部队油料部门绩效评价指标体系,并提出油料部门绩效评价方法步骤。
According to the experience of performance evaluation of the balanced scorecard and the practice of POL department of army, we choose 16 second level indexex to form the index system of performance evaluation of POL department from the four dimensions of guaranteeing object satisfaction,resources devotion and guaranteeing process and study and growing up and propose the step of performance evaluation.
