中国人无肉不欢,肉食品的安全成了食品安全的重中之重。H7N9禽流感所带来的一系列影响对家禽类产品的冲击巨大,家禽类冷链物流是适应当前禽流感困境的物流活动。文章分析了杭州市家禽类冷链物流的现状,根据国内外冷链物流发展的经验,结合杭州市经济与环境发展的阶段性特点,有针对性地提出杭州市家禽类产品冷链物流的策略。

Chinese like meat, the safety meat food has become a top priority of food safety. A series of negative influence of H7N9 in poultry products is enormous, the cold chain logistics of poultry is the appropriate logistics activities. This article analyses the present situation of cold chain logistics of poultry in Hangzhou, according to the development experience of cold chain logistics in the domestic and international and the characteristics of the environment and the economic development of Hangzhou,put forward the strategy of cold chain logistics of poultry products in Hangzhou.
