异丙嗪联合丹红注射液治疗急诊眩晕症的临床疗效观察

Curative Effect of Promethazine Combined with Danhong Injection on Emergency Vertigo

目的观察异丙嗪联合丹红注射液治疗急诊眩晕症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年3月—2014年3月就诊于连云港市中医院急诊科的眩晕症患者107例,随机分为治疗组54例和对照组53例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组患者单独给予天麻素治疗,治疗组给予异丙嗪联合丹红注射液治疗。采用自制眩晕评定量表对两组患者就诊时、治疗后30 min、治疗后3 h眩晕情况进行评分,观察两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者就诊时眩晕评定量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后30 min及3 h眩晕评定量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间对照组患者不良反应发生率为3.8%,治疗组为5.6%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000,P=1.000)。结论异丙嗪联合丹红注射液治疗急诊眩晕症疗效确切,能迅速改善患者临床症状,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of promethazine combined with danhong injection on emergency vertigo. Methods From March 2012 to March 2014,a total of 107 vertigo patients were selected in the Department of Emergency,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Lianyungang,and they were randomly divided into treatment group（ n= 54） and control group（ n = 53）. Both groups given conventional treatment,and control group given extra gastrodin,while treatment group given promethazine combined with danhong injection. Vertigo score was evaluated by self-made vertigo rating scale before treatment,30 minutes after treatment,3 hours after treatment,curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. No statistically significant differences of vertigo score was found between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）;vertigo score of treatment group was lower than that of control group 30 minutes and 3 hours after treatment,respectively（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of control group was 3. 8%,that of treatment group was 5. 6%,the difference was not statistically significant（ χ2= 0. 000,P = 1. 000）. Conclusion Promethazine combined with danhong injection has certain curative effect on emergency vertigo,can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms,and is with high safety.
