摘要
糖尿病酮症酸中毒是糖尿病的急性并发症,部分患者伴有不同程度的腹痛、恶心、呕吐等胃肠道症状。急性胰腺炎是指胰酶在胰腺内被激活后引起胰腺组织自身消化、水肿、出血甚至坏死的炎性反应,是临床常见急腹症。糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎时易漏诊、误诊,应予以高度重视。本文分析了1例糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料,旨在了解糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎的临床特点,提高临床诊治水平。
Diabetic ketoacidosis is a acute complication of diabetes,some patients may appear varying degrees of stomachache,nausea,emesis and so on. Acute pancreatitis one kind of acute abdominal diseases, is caused by pancreatic enzymes-reduced autodigestion of pancreatic tissue, mainly performed as edema, hemorrhage and even necrosis. Acute pancreatitis is a common inflammatory reaction on clinic. Diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with acute pancreatitis is easily to be misdiagnosed,which should be pay more attentions to. This paper reported a diabetic ketoacidosis patient complicated with acute pancreatitis,to investigate the clinical manifestations and improve the diagnosis rate and treatment rate.
