低温制冷装置中低浓度含油量的测试方法探讨

摘要 通过总结国内外学者已经提出的各类测试油含量的方法,将测试方法归纳分为取样测试和在线测试两类。并分别对两类测试方法常用的技术手段进行了介绍,例如移取直接称量法,混合取样法,电容传感器法和光折射率传感器法等,进而具体分析了取样测试和在线测试的优势和弊端,最后对各类方法适用的范围进行了探讨。 Different kinds of domestic and overseas methods of measuring the oil content in refrigerant were summarized and the measuring methods were subdivided into two types which were sampling method and on-line test method.Remove and weigh,mix and sample,capacitance sensor measurement,refractive index measurement and other frequently-used technological means were introduced.The advantage and disadvantage of each type of measurements were analyzed and the adaptable range for each kind of technological means was discussed.
