重穗型杂交水稻植株抗倒伏性与茎秆物理性状的关系 被引量:9

摘要 为重穗型杂交水稻的抗倒伏育种提供理论依据,以生产上大面积推广应用的绵恢725配组的系列重穗型杂交水稻品种为材料,研究重穗型杂交水稻植株的抗倒伏能力及其与茎秆物理性状的关系。结果表明:绵恢725配组的系列品种基部节间长度与倒伏指数呈极显著正相关,节间直径、壁厚、节间至穗尖长度、节间至穗顶重以及截面面积与抗折力和弯曲力矩均呈极显著正相关。绵恢725配组的系列杂交水稻组合茎基部各节间的直径、壁厚较II优838明显增加,表现茎秆粗壮,其倒伏指数明显低于对照品种II优838。 A series of hybrid rice varieties from Mianhui 725 combinations were tested to study the correlation between stem physical character and lodging resistance in hybrid rice with massive spikes and to provide the theoretical basis for breeding of lodging resistance of hybrid rice with massive spikes.The results showed that there is a very significant positive correlation between the internode length and lodging index,and there are very significant positive correlations between breaking-resistant strength and bending moment of the internode and internode diameter,internode thickness,length,weight and setional area from internode to spike tip.The internode diameter and thickness of a series of hybrid rice varieties from Mianhui 725 combinations is obviously higher than II You 838 and their lodging index is lower than II You 838 significantly.
