摘要
为初步探清菌核韧伞单孢子单核菌丝的生物学特性,对菌核韧伞的单孢子单核菌丝体进行固体与液体培养,观察菌丝体的菌落特征、生长速度及厚垣孢子特征等。结果表明:单孢子单核菌丝体在固体和液体培养中均存在4种不同类型的菌落形态,并符合1∶1∶1∶1分离规律,其生长速度也存在一定的差异,且显著高于双核菌丝的生长速度,比双核菌丝更易产生厚垣孢子。
The colonial feature,growth speed and chlamydospore of monospore monokaryon mycelium of L.tuber-regium were observed after its solid and liquid culture to clarify biological characteristics of monokaryon mycelium of L.tuber-regium .There are 4 different types of colonial morphologies in solid culture and liquid culture,which accords with 1∶1∶1∶1 segregation law.The growth speed of L.tuber-regium monokaryon mycelium is different under solid culture and liquid culture,but their growth speed still is significantly higher than dicaryon mycelium,and produces more chlamydospores easily compared with dicaryon mycelium.
