摘要
为更好地发挥罗平县春季繁蜂的资源优势,研究了补偿花粉对春繁期间西方蜜蜂工蜂体蛋白、形态学特征的影响。结果表明:与未补饲花粉的蜜蜂相比,足量补饲花粉12.8g/脾能极显著增加成年工蜂的体蛋白0.075μg/只,跗节长、宽分别增加0.08mm和0.011mm,前翅长增加0.146mm,翅钩增加约1个;补饲花粉的幼蜂体蛋白增加0.041μg/只,第三腹板蜡镜长、宽分别增加0.059mm和0.001mm,第六腹板长、宽分别增加0.052mm和0.131mm,翅脉角变化差异大,翅钩增加1个。补饲花粉的幼蜂在形态学特征上更接近于正常发育的成年蜂,补饲花粉能促进工蜂的健康发育。
The effect of supplementary pollen on body protein and morphological characteristics of Apis mellifera worker honeybees to give play to resources superiority of honeybee reproduction in Spring in Luoping County,Yunnan.The body protein,tarsus length,tarsus width,fore wing and wing hook of adult worker honeybees fed with sufficient supplementary pollen is increased by 0.075 μg/bee,0.08 mm, 0.011 mm,0.146 mm and 1 compared with non-supplementary pollen respectively.The body protein, third sternum wax-mirror length, third sternum wax-mirror width, sixth sternum’s length, sixth sternum’s width and wing hook of young honeybees is increased by 0.041 μg/bee,0.059 mm,0.001 mm, 0.052 mm,0.131 mm and 1 compared with non-supplementary pollen separately.In conclusion,the morphology of young honeybees fed with supplementary pollen is closed to adult honeybees with normal development,which indicates that supplementary pollen can improve health development of worker honeybees.
