摘要
为了对黄绿木霉菌的利用提供理论依据,利用显微镜观察、紫外分光光度法、电导率法和溶解氧测定等方法,测定稻瘟病菌在黄绿木霉菌PD发酵液作用下的生长和形态变化、稻瘟病菌胞内物质的渗透、菌丝体呼吸强度和胞内酶活性的变化。结果表明:黄绿木霉菌PD发酵液能导致生长中的稻瘟病菌发生畸变,可使菌丝体内蛋白质和无机物质大量渗透出,菌体呼吸强度和呼吸酶活力快速下降。黄绿木霉菌PD发酵液对稻瘟病菌有较好的抑菌和致菌体死亡作用。
The effects of T.aureoviride fermentation liquor on growth,morphology,intracellular osmosis,mycelium’s respiration intensity and intracellular activity of P .grisea were observed and analyzed under a microscope and by UV spectrophotometry,conductivity and dissolve oxygen methods to provide the theoretical basis for utilization of T.aureoviride.The results showed that T.aureoviride PD fermentation liquor can result in aberrant growth of P .grisea,exudation of protein and inorganic matter in mycelia in quantity,rapid decline of mycelium’s respiration intensity and respiratory enzyme activity.In conclusion,T.aureoviride PD fermentation liquor has the good effect on P .grisea.
