我国休闲农业发展存在的问题及其全产业链发展策略

休闲农业是在产业融合思想基础上发展起来的一种新型产业形态,因其对三农问题和城乡一体化发展具有显著效应而获得了社会各界的广泛关注与支持。介绍了休闲农业的内涵与全产业链的基本理念,指出了我国休闲农业发展存在的问题,从纵向延伸/完善产业链、横向拓展/加快资源整合和提升内涵/优化产品开发等方面阐述休闲农业全产业链的发展策略,即休闲农业发展应对相关资源进行整合的基础上建立一种新型的产业链关系,以实现并提升共同价值,不断完善休闲农业产业链上下游环节、逐步加快农业与其他产业的融合力度,切实提升休闲农业产品开发水平。

Leisure agriculture is a new industry form developed from the idea of industry integration, and is concerned and supported of all sectors of society extensively because of the significant effects on Three rural issues,and urban and rural integration development.The authors introduce the connotation of leisure agriculture and basic idea of whole industry chain,point out the problems in development of leisure agriculture in China,and explain development strategy of whole industry chain in leisure agriculture from three aspects of vertical extension/perfecting industry chain,horizontal expansion/speeding up resources integration and connotation promotion/development of optimized products. The new industry chain correlation should be established based on integration of relative resources in leisure agriculture for realizing and promoting shared values,and the products＆#39; development level of leisure agriculture can be promoted by perfecting upstream and downstream link of leisure agriculture industry chain continuously and speeding up integration strength between agriculture and other industries gradually.
