摘要
分析了网络零售物流的客户体验内容,应用词频分析法得出网络零售的客户体验主题。通过网络零售客户体验主题与物流之间的关联,提出了网络零售物流的客户体验优化策略。
In this paper, we analyzed the content of the customer experience of online retailing logistics, used the word frequency analysis to obtain the main subjects of the customer experience in online retail shopping and then, through exploring the association between the subjects and the logistics process, proposed the countermeasures to optimize the customer experience of online retailing logistics.
