应急物资需求动态分级方法研究

Study on Method for Dynamic Classification of Demand for Emergency Materials

在详细分析应急物资需求分级影响因素的基础上,提出了应急物资需求动态分级评判流程,构建了应急物资需求分级物元模型,给出了基于关联函数的可拓模糊综合评判方法,解决了应急救援过程中物资供需动态变化条件下持续性应急物资需求分级问题;最后,通过仿真算例验证了该方法的有效性。研究成果为应急物资科学筹集与调度决策提供了解决途径。

In this paper, on the basis of a detailed analysis of the factors influencing the classification of the demand for emergency materials, we proposed the matter-element model for the classification, presented the extendable fuzzy comprehensive judgment process based on the association function to classify the continuous demand for emergency materials in emergency rescue when there were dynamic changes to the supply and demand of the materials, and at the end, through a numerical example, proved the validity of the method.
