摘要
研究重心法在物流配送中心选址中的运用。首先,阐述了配送中心选址在国内外研究的现状;其次,分析了重心法选址的优势与劣势;第三,解析了重心法选址在苏宁配送中心的运用;最后,提出了重心法选址的展望。
In this paper, we first introduced the current status of the application of the gravity center method in the location allocation of logistics distribution centers, then analyzed the strength and weakness of this method in this respect, and at the end, in connection with the case of Suning, illustrated its application, based on which, we presented our vision of the future application of the gravity approach in this field.
