摘要
针对物流专业培养的人才与市场要求之间存在矛盾的问题,分析了现有培养模式存在的利弊,以国内外相关研究为基础,结合我校实际和培养模式的特点,从课程内容、教学模式、师资培训和毕业论文等几方面进行了研究,旨在培养出专业化、综合型高水平物流人才。
In this paper, in view of the conflict between the professional logistics talents cultivated and the market demand, we analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of the current cultivation modes, then on the basis of domestic and foreign literature and in connection with the practice and cultivation mode of a certain school, studied a suitable cultivation mode from the angles of curricular content, teaching mode,teacher qualification and graduation thesis, etc.
