摘要
首先从"教书育人"的主体、职责、空间、载体上的人为割裂几方面分析了学生工作与教学工作"两张皮"的原因;然后以深圳职业技术学院物流管理专业为例,基于提升学生综合素质的目的,探讨了学生工作与教学工作互融互动机制的创新与实践,搭建了学生工作、教学工作互融互动的平台,完善了学生工作、教学工作互联互动互融的内容设计,构建了互融互动的系列机制;最后探讨了深职院物流管理专业构建学生工作、教学工作互联互动互融机制的成效。
In this paper, we first analyzed the causes for the dissociation between the student and teaching affairs from several aspects,then in the case of the logistics management specialty of Shenzhen Vocational Technical College and aiming at improving the comprehensive qualification of the students, discussed the innovation and practice of the integrative and interactive mechanism of student and teaching affairs, established the corresponding platform and mechanism, and at the end, discussed the effect of the mechanism established for Shenzhen Vocational Technical College.
