Analysis on the Development Trends of Sino－ Korean Enterprise Cooperation

本文通过对胶东中韩企业合作 10年中存在的问题进行宏观和微观方面的分析，进一步对合作的可能性与必然性进行了探讨，总结合资、独资企业中的冲突原因及解决办法，对中韩企业的下一步合作和发展作出了分析与预测。

Ten years have passed since Sino－ Korean enterprise cooperation. This article analyses these problems from micro hand and macro hand. It discusses the feasibility and the inevitability of the cooperation, and summarizes the impact reason and settling ways in joining venture enterprise and Korean self invest enterprise. It gives prognostication for the next step of cooperation and development.
