Objective To study the situation of salt intake for patients with chronic kidney disease and analyze its influencing factors.Method Investigate by single-center cross-sectional survey and evaluate salt intake by 24 hurinary sodium detect.Collect information on patients' demographic characteristics, disease situation and salt intake.Take single factor and multivariate linear stepwise regression equation on the information.Result 24 hurinary sodium is(132.5±57.4)mmol/d and 24 hurinary sodium/creatinine is(117.9±49.9)mmol/g for 274 patients. There is linear regression relationship between patients' gender, estimated glomerular filtration rate, body mass index,24 hurinary protein,self-reported symptom and 24 hurinary sodium,R^2=0.178.Patients' salt intake situation shows that there is disaccord between their intention and behavior on salt control, which is related to lack of diet salt control knowledge and skills, taste, eating habits and family support. Conclusion Salt intake of patients with chronic kidney disease is more than recommended, which is related to many factors.
