患者对护士当前核心能力的评价及其期望调查

Evaluation on nurses' core competence from patients and survey on its expectation

目的了解患者对护士当前核心能力的评价和期望程度,为培养满足患者需求的护士核心能力提供依据。方法采用刘明等编制的《中国注册护士核心能力量表》,抽样调查302例患者对护士核心能力的当前水平和期望程度的评价。对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 302例患者对护士核心能力评价的当前值与期望值之间存在明显差异,P<0.001。对护士当前核心能力评价,不同性别、年龄的患者评价无差异,P>0.05;不同地域、文化程度、职业、医院级别的患者评价有差异,P<0.05,表现为,城市比农村低,大学及以上文化程度者比初中文化程度者低,教师、医务、科技工作者比工人、农民低,入住二级甲等医院者最低、三级甲等医院者最高。结论护士当前核心能力低于患者期望程度,不同变量患者对护士当前核心能力水平评价有差异,建议各级护理管理与教育者均需加大护士核心能力的培养。

Objective To study the evaluation on nurses＇ core competence and its expectation level from patients in order to provide evidence for improving nurses＇ core competence to satisfy patients＇ need.Method Assess 302 patients on present and expectation level on nurses＇ core competence by Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses（CIRN,compiled by Liu Ming）.Take statistic analysis on the result.Result There is significant difference on evaluation on nurses＇ core competence between its present and expectation level from 302 patients,P〈0.001.There is no significant difference between patients with different gender and age,P〉0.05.There is significant difference between patients from different region,education level,profession and hospital level（P〈0.05）.Patients＇ evaluation is lower in urban area than in rural area,with undergraduate education level or above than with junior high school education level.Teacher,medical staff and scientific and technical workers have lower evaluation than workers and peasants.Patients in Class II Grade A hospital have the lowest evaluation and patients in Class III Grade A have the highest.Conclusion Nurses＇ present core competence is lower than patients＇ expectation.Different patients have different evaluation on nurses＇ core competence,which needs more cultivation by nursing managers and educators.
