心脏电子装置植入术后囊袋感染相关因素调查分析

Analysis on related factors of capsule infection after cardiovascular electronic device implantation

目的分析心脏电子装置植入术后囊袋感染相关因素,提出护理对策。方法回顾植入心脏电子装置患者出院病案1 016份。通过随访及查阅病案,分析心脏电子装置植入术后囊袋感染发生率及相关危险因素。结果 1 016例植入心脏电子装置患者中19例患者发生囊袋感染,感染发生率为1.87%;感染与糖尿病、手术持续时间、手术台次、导管室空气消毒方法呈显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论术后囊袋感染与多种因素密切相关,对高危因素采取相应的护理措施,以降低心脏电子装置植入术后囊袋感染发生率。

Objective To analyze the related factors of capsule infection after cardiovascular electronic device implantation and find out nursing countermeasures.Method Analyze 1016 cases of discharged patients after cardiovascular electronic device implantation retrospectively.Analyze rate of capsule infection and related risk factors after cardiovascular electronic device implantation by follow-up interview and reviewing medical record.Result Capsule infection occurs in 19cases（1.87%）among 1 016 cases of cardiovascular electronic device implantation.There is significant correlation between infection and diabetes,operation duration,operation times,air disinfection method in catheterization room（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Post-operative capsule infection is related to many factors.Measures should be taken on high-risk factors to reduce infection incidence after cardiovascular electronic device implantation.
