摘要国际疼痛研究协议（International association of the study for pain,IASP）不断对疼痛定义进行修订,最新的疼痛定义为：一种不愉快的感觉体验,和伴有实际或潜在组织损伤的情绪体验。术后疼痛属于急性疼痛（病程一般小于6周）,是机体对疾病本身即手术造成的组织损伤的一种复杂的生理反应。
