摘要
介绍了偏导射流电液伺服阀的结构及工作原理,建立了其先导级射流放大器的工程化数学模型,推导了先导级的阀系数。对该型伺服阀进行了静态特性和动态特性分析,画出了传递函数的特性框图。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件进行建模和仿真,验证了理论假设的正确性,分析了位置反馈系数对流量的影响,为该型伺服阀的结构设计和参数匹配提供了参考依据。
The structure and the operational principle of deflector jet electrohydraulic servovalve are introduced. The engineering mathematics model of jet amplifier used as a pilot is established. The pilot stage recovery pressure and flow gain are derived based on the theory analysis. In order to deduce the transfer functions and control charts, the static and dynamic performances of this type servovalve are analyzed. Based On the software MATLAB/Simu- link, the simulation model is established. The result shows that the oosition feedback coefficient affects the flow.The theory analysis and simulation results can provide references to the structure design and parameter matching for the deflector jet servovalve.
